  • Synomed Q10 Vitamin Tablets is a dietary supplement with coenzyme Q 10, vitamin E and the minerals selenium and magnesium

  • Take 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid after a meal. It is best to take with 1 teaspoon of oil (olive oil, sunflower oil, etc.). This significantly improves the resorption of Q 10.
